We will confirm your order ASAP!
Payment is due before shipping occurs, except with prior agreement. We accept EFT. Visa and MasterCard only in store.
We do our best to ship all orders within 1 business days. Our normal business hours are Monday through Friday 8am – 5pm, excluding Public holidays.
Backordered items usually ship within 24 hours after they have been received. If you indicate a second choice of color or item we can often quickly substitute that one in for you. We know that backorders are frustrating for you; however sometimes our suppliers run out of a popular item and it takes a while to replenish it.
Shipping
The goods are normally sent overnight Door-to Door via courier. We use Aramex and FedEx for most of our shipping requirements. The shipping cost for items above 1 Kg, as well as items where there is a volumetric calculation will be confirmed when placing the order. Postnet to Postnet is also an option.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location.

Return policy
Limited Warranty Information: Your Product is warranted by FINIS to be free of defects in materials of workmanship, under normal use, for a period of time from the purchase date (reference chart below for length of coverage).

The limited warranty* excludes damage resulting from improper care of handling, accidents, modifications, unauthorized repairs, normal wear or other causes which are not defects in materials and workmanship. If there is a covered defect, we will repair or replace the product free of charge or issue a refund** at FINIS’ discretion.
Swimming International reserves the right to refuse any excessive and/or bad faith returns.
Exchange: In order to guarantee your satisfaction, we will exchange any items within 30 days from the day you receive it. All goods being exchanged must be in new and unused condition and include hang tags and original manufacturer packaging. A return fee might be charged for the item.
To ensure items you are returning to us arrive securely, we suggest you protect yourself against loss by sending via Insured Mail or by Counter to Counter service.
Health regulations stipulate that swimwear that is worn, soiled, damaged or laundered is considered to be in other than “As New” condition and cannot be returned. Please remember that swimsuits to be tried on over undergarments.
